Located on Hwy 64 close to many cultural, historic and recreational areas, approximately 14 miles east of Taos and less than 7 miles to Angel Fire in the breathtaking mountains of New Mexico. With magnificent sunrises and sunsets, it is hard to find a more beautiful spot to camp or rest your weary RV bones. Join us at EnchantedMoon for a relaxed visit at approximately 8500 feet above sea level, camping, and fireside talks, watching the sky - stargazing - with mountains, a river, pond, big trees, many flowers and an abundance of wildlife. We are surrounded by the fabulous Carson National Forest and Valle Escondido Golf Course is about 1/2 mile up the county road from us with Garcia Park on up the road (437) where you can play, hike, bike, or ATV. The old town of Taos hosts many cultural events and important historical sites including the famous Taos Pueblo. Taos Pueblo is considered one of the oldest continuously inhabited communities in the United States.
