We were having problems with our jacks not lowering on our 30' Motorcoach. Called Gary. He was very prompt because he lives in the RV park we were staying at. He drove up with cigerette in mouth and prceeds to go in rv. He did put it out after asking him to. Was there less than 10 minutes when he said Selonoid was bad. We ask him to check batteries. He said they were fine. Charged us $125. We ordered new selonoid and after replacing, jacks still not working. Fast forward, after heading straight home to GA from CO and taking to have repaired the problem was batteries not selonoid. He was very arrogant and rude and very unprofessional. I can see why he never has any business. I could see his TT from our site and he was always home. Just beware

Yes, he might seem gruff; but, that's because he gets down to biz. He fixed my water heater fast and spent extra time lookng at my jacks. I wouldn't want to cuddle with him but I would want him working on my coach.

I called Gary on 7/12/16 to look at some electrical problems on my rv & also to install a skylite for
me. He got his little tester out when he got here & tested some of the wiring. Said there was a ground problem & he couldn't work on my generator. Then I asked him about doing my skylite, he went on the roof & from there it was all down hill. He did nothing but complain! Asked me if I wanted to scrape the goop off the roof to save some money? I had just had shoulder surgery so I could not. With several cigarette & phone brakes he finally got it done & a lot of grumbling. The bill was $300., $75. For the 6mi. Trip & 2hrs. & product. About a week later we got some rain & it leaked like a sieve! I did not call him back as I could hear him say; it was nothing I did & charge me another $75. So I went to the store & paid $40. For what I needed & I, a 75 year old woman went up on the roof & redid the job. We just had rain today & it's dry as a bone!!!!! And just a month after shoulder surgery too!!!! To bad he's all there is in Estes Park!!

Gary of Gary's RV Service was prompt and solved the problem in minutes. We paid $125 for 1/2 hour, so he answered questions we had about other problems. By the way, he will come to you in Estes Park. I believe that he is the only repair person for RVs in Estes Park. We talked to several other companies in Loveland and most of them were booked for several weeks into July, if not the whole month of July but he came the day after we called him. We highly recommend him for any RV service.
