Traveling with three generations of family can be challenging, but the British Airways Skopje Office made the entire process seamless. We were planning a family reunion in London with my elderly parents and two young kids. Naturally, we had a lot of questions about medical assistance, seating preferences, and meal options. They even provided helpful tips on managing our layover at Heathrow. What impressed me most was their genuine warmth. They coordinated everything so thoroughly that when we arrived at the airport, all special arrangements were already in place. The flight itself was a joy, but I credit much of the success to the thoughtful planning initiated at the Skopje office. Everyone in my family was comfortable and relaxed from takeoff to landing.
