Hello, My experience at the Delta Airlines Frankfurt Office was quite positive. Weather-related delays caused me to arrive at my flight feeling nervous. In addition to helping me rebook and printing my updated itinerary very away, the woman at the desk politely explained the delay. That degree of focus is uncommon, particularly when there are interruptions. Her empathy really stood out to me; she handled me like a tourist, not a trouble. It significantly altered the course of the remainder of my journey. The Frankfurt employees of Delta truly know how to look after their customers.
