Beware! If you want to keep your RV long-term at Captain Jax, just know ahead of time. Owner Gino Angella has been charging a 10% "transfer fee" when you sell your RV there that is illegal to do with mobile homes, but a gray area with RVs in Florida. Now he has decided to charge whatever he wants and I had to pay him $20,000 from my $59,000 RV sale in the park or he threatened that I would just have to move it out from its beautiful bay spot, where it would have lost value.
