This is a great very clean little park with a lot going on for a small park. Location is perfect close to everything especially the beach.

We are located near the Gulf of Mexico along the tropical Gulf Coast of Florida. Sarasota Sunny South has on-site conveniences and easy access to the most beautiful beaches in the world. An affordable and comfortable mobile home and RV park, we are located near shopping, dining and a wealth of recreational experiences. We have a recreational room, a swimming pool, a spacious, remodeled Clubhouse, Tiki Hut, and a large, clean laundry room.1-bedroom and 2-bedroom cottages for rent or sale. Our affordable lot rentals include sewer, water, garbage pick-up and the use of the amenities. Full service Big Rig Hookups available Regular office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am-4pm Park Manager resides on the property Mail pick-up and delivery Daily - Weekly - Monthly - Seasonal - Annual Rates Available
