Manny was a no show. We met in person, agreed on work to be done, price, and set a 9 am start time for the following Monday. We even verified the appointment. My wife and I spent half a day waiting for Manny to show, but he didn't. I tried calling & texting, but got no response at all - ever. Manny talks a good line, but judging by my experience and other reviews, this is not uncommon.
