We were having trouble setting up our new Directv dish. I called them after hours and received a return call first thing in the morning. The office told me the tech was on the road, but would contact them. We received a call within an hour, and the tech was there 20 minutes later. He diagnosed our LNB was not working correctly and set the system up with another LNB and then put ours in place so we could watch TV until we received a new one from our supplier. He could have told us it was no good and sold us another one, but was honest and set us up with ours. I would do business with them any time.
