Toby was prompt, worked his way through the problem methodically and completed the repair in about two hours. The problem was a loose ground in the tow car plug. Problem presents multiple, varying symptoms but Toby kept at it until it was fixed.

Toby was terrific. We had a strange slide problem while attending a dog show at the civic center. He was able to come the next morning and took less than an hour and fixed the problem at a super reasonable price.
