KIRBY'S HITCH & WIRING - LOVELAND - Loveland, CO - Services

We have taken our enclosed trailer to Kirby's two times and paid $400 total to get the lights working on the trailer. After having it a week the first time the lights didn't work so we took it back and paid another $200 and had it done again. We got the trailer home and noticed one of lights was still out. We called Kirby's and their resolution was to check the fuses. After saying we just paid over $200 to get it fixed and asked why they didn't check the fuses they told us to bring it back when they were less busy.

Today 50 miles from home the lights weren't working again we called Kirby asked if we could bring it in this afternoon and they said they were too busy to look at it. I got upset did you use some foul language and he said "hey look the trailer lights worked when you left" so I said so you warranty your work the end of your parking lot then he hung up on me. In my opinion very poor customer service and very poor workmanship.
