Guy from Kens' Aluminum was supposed to get with me to make measurement s for fascia repair in proxy for Zadok Mills Construction, Feb 2016. It was arranged for him to call me one morning which he did on time. But apparently between the previous evening when we spoke and that morning he had decided that he didn't want to waste his time with our prospective job. There was debate about what I wanted and what he offered but when I told him I was still interested in getting an estimate from him to compare with two other estimates I had, he seemed miffed. He then cavalierly said that maybe I should just go with one of the other companies then. I thought that was a very poor thing to say and told him that he had wasted my time and that his attitude would be documented via a complaint online. He told me to do what I had to do and then hung up on me. That was a terrible business practice. I suppose he does so well that he can blow people off who don't have huge projects to work on and be flippant about it.

This complaint site would not let me only grade the company on customer service, which is what I wanted to do. The grades for the last 3 of the 4 categories were made just to make this complaint work. We should not have to do that.
