Zephyr Colony is a small, family owned & operated park in the rolling hills of eastern Pasco County. The owners Sharon and Donnie Nelson, along with their son Mike, built the park & are life long residents of Zephyrhills. Enjoy gracious southern hospitality and the charm of a small rural community that is ideally situated in a unique section of central Florida. Have fun in the warm sunny days of Florida, take a stroll or ride your bike, pick some oranges, mingle with new friends, or just kick back and relax. Stay a day and you just might stay a lifetime.

Zephyr Colony is a warm and friendly senior park with full hook-ups and grassy RV sites. Both 30 amp and 50 amp service is available. We are conveniently located close to shopping, doctors, hospitals, fire department, post office, laundry facilities, restaurants, and much more...
