Wassamki Springs is only minutes from picturesque Casco Bay and Portland's Old Port,
many shopping areas, restaurants, ocean beaches, and attractions. Our Facilities make it easy for you to enjoy camping in convenience in the Portland area. Wassamki Springs, with its one mile sandy beach, is located on a 30 acre private lake.   John and Martha Hillock, bought the Hillock Farm in 1917. Their grandson and wife, William and Marion Hillock, founded Wassamki Springs in 1970. Wassamki Springs is now operated by the 4th, 5th and 6th generations of the Hillock Family.
