Additional facilities located on the property include a marina for 24 small craft and shuffleboard courts. The property includes over 250 feet of private beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico and stretches to a harbor on Sarasota Bay. There are a number of year round residents, but a majority of the owners are seasonal.
