Welcome to Twelve Oaks RV Resort
We are in East Central Florida, between Orlando and Daytona Beach, two miles off I-4 (exit 101C), west on State Road 46. Sanford, on the St Johns River, is our closest town. Most of what we need can be found right here. Groceries are as close as two minutes from Twelve Oaks. A major mall, department stores, and restaurants, five minutes. Downtown, 15 minutes. Not enough excitement? Orlando is about a half an hour away.

Residents $50.00 per month + tax
Non-Residents $80.00 per month & tax
With electric for battery charger /
refrigerator (if available) $30.00 per
month in addition to the storage fee.
ALL RENTS ARE TO BE PAID IN
ADVANCE
6 + 6 PLAN
Based upon at least 6 months on site
storage, followed by 6 months occupancy.
Occupancy beyond the regular 6 month
season may be extended for an additional
$120.00 per month.
