A resort park owned by its residents. This fact gives our residents a unique opportunity to decide the type of park that fulfills our needs. The people who live here, whether for the winter or for the entire year, support our chosen retired lifestyle by serving as volunteers for the many social opportunities available. Residents also serve on the Boards that manage our park and do much of the work to maintain our park. Our residents are active, friendly and welcoming to new arrivals.
