Finally, a luxury RV resort in the heart of the Delaware Seashore. Our beachfront RV and tent campsites will redefine camping as you know it and pamper you with the luxury you have come to expect from our folks. The Resort at Massey’s Landing… Your choice, our pleasure.Do we ever have things for you to do – right here on our land and seas! There’s fishing on Rehoboth Bay, canoeing along our 2-mile stretch of waterfront, paddleboarding, and biking on any of our rentals. If that’s not enough, there are two playgrounds for the kiddos and jet skis for the adrenaline junkies. We have plenty of sunbathing space, sans the crowds, on the sands of our private Bayfront Beach. Relax, we can also set up a rental umbrella and chairs for a small fee. We even have a special place for your pooches at the off-leash Sandy Paw Dog Beach.

Pull-Through RV Sites
Whether it’s beachfront, inland or bordering one of our peaceful lagoons, each pull-through, full-hookup RV site is spacious enough for your brood to stay and play as long as you’d like, featuring a picnic table, fire ring and a charcoal barbecue grill for added family time.
Back In / Standard RV Sites
Our standard sites are anything but standard, with plenty of room to set up camp – enough for up to a 45-foot RV. Then there are the camping luxuries, such as 50/30/20-amp service; CATV, sewer and water hook-up; Wi-Fi connection; a stone parking pad with one-vehicle parking space; and a picnic table and fire ring for mealtime.
