Welcome to Tee Pee Campground
The Tee Pee Campground has been owned and operated by the Cooley family since 1969. This is a no frills campground. Check in, set up camp, relax and enjoy the spendor of Northern Michigan at its finest. We take pride in offering a relaxed, friendly, clean park for our visitors, whether they are returnees or new families. You will not get lost in our park, your kids can roam on bikes or trikes and be safe and we do not hand you a long list of rules you are required to follow.  We ask that you observe quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. and be considerate of your fellow campers.  Pets are welcome if you will clean up after your pet and not leave them unattended.  Pets are welcomed on the island and the ferries. At the entrance to the park you will find the registration office, our recreation room, and the Tee Pee Camp Store.  Our rec room activities include an air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table, and a few video games. Also located inside the park we have camp fire rings and picnic tables on every site, horseshoe pits, a basketball court, a volleyball/badminton net, and a really nice playground on our sandy beach. Balls, and equipment can be checked out at our office. Free WIFI is available all through the park. Every night, weather permitting, for the past 40 years we have  a bonfire on the beach at dusk for all of the campers to come and enjoy. There are many benches, and swings for you to sit on, so enjoy the fire, take in the awesome view of the Mackinac Bridge and Mackinac Island, and share a few stories. Also beware of Bon Fire Larry....we're not sure if all of his stories are really true. However they are entertaining.
