Welcome to Sunshine Resort
The perfect place to get away from it all. Situated one and a half miles below Parker Dam and Lake Havasu on the beautiful Colorado River, Sunshine Resort offers great camping and boating facilities. We offer the following: 28 RV spaces with hookups. 36 Mobile spaces. 60 In-door boat storage units (12 x 30 and 12 x 40).
A store, laundry room, launch ramp, and dock with 12 NEW Boat Slips. A great beach. Great Activities Such As Hiking, Fishing, Kayaking Skiing, Wakeboarding & Off Road Adventures. Also, it's a short boat ride to the new Blue Water Casino and a quick drive to a top quality 18-hole golf course.
