Welcome to Sundowner RV Village
Sundowner RV Village is a year round facility that caters to the adult camper. We provide spacious sites for campers up to 40 feet in length and Park Models. The sites offer full hook ups which includes water, septic, 60 channels of cable, WiFi and the majority of the sites are 50 amp. Each site has its own power meter so you pay for only what you use. There is a $75.00 electric deposit required for all Monthly, Seasonal and Park Model contracts.

+Full Hook-ups with majority sites offering 50 amp electric.
+Free WiFi available at game room and at most sites.
+60 Channels of Free Cable
+Check In after 1:00 but before dark unless pre-approved by Sundowner.
+Check Out by 11:00 unless pre-approved by Sundowner
+Quiet Hour is 10:00 pm
+Keep all alcoholic beverages in campsite
+All garbage and pet waste should be deposited in dumpster
+RVs must have waste disposal pipe trestle.
+Laundry Facilities offer coin operated Washer/Dryer for $1.50/load.
+Bathhouse available for the rustic camper.
