We are located nine miles outside of Lima in a natural setting with spacious lots and abundant trees. All of our lots have full sewer and water hookups. Two stocked fishing quarries and a one acre swimming pool with two water slides await you and your family! With 242 lots, we have room for you! Bring your golf cart and enjoy our 40 acre campground!    Sun Valley offers numerous activities for family fun! Swimming, fishing, shuffle board, basketball, horseshoes and weekend games are availalbe.
