Welcome to Sugar Sands RV Resort
Located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, each one of our 76 sites features full hookups, including 50 and 30 amp power, water/sewer, WiFi and cable. Each site has a 22′ x 60′ concrete pad to accommodate even the largest RVs and beautiful, lush landscaping set among our coastal craftsman style buildings. We are in a great location; Far enough away from the hustle and bustle for it to be quiet, but close enough that within 15 minutes you can be at the beach or out shopping and dining. Also the Wharf is close by, a venue that regularly hosts concerts and is surrounded by restaurants, shops and a Ferris Wheel!

Our list of amenities includes: A bath house with separate men’s and women’s restrooms and showers, an expansive 5,000 square foot Clubhouse, splashpad, fitness center, playground and a resort-style pool! We welcome pets and our friendly staff is prepared to answer any questions you may have about the local area.
