Our 55+ (minors have a 14 day limit) community is located in Southwest Denver nestled along the banks of Bear Creek near US 285 & US 85 (Santa Fe Drive). We are centrally located near shopping, golf, hospitals, bike trails, bus routes and light rail.  Our residents take great pride in their beautiful lawns and flower gardens. Our well established trees provide lush shade and are home to a variety of wildlife. South Park is often described as quiet (no dogs), safe and peaceful by residents and visitors alike. Internet options are available. Residents enjoy the heated pool (82 degrees) in the summer and numerous clubhouse activities all year round.   We have a total of 225 sites with both Mobile Homes and RVs as tenants.
