Welcome To Silent Lake Provincial Park
Silent Lake offers a variety of camping experiences to appeal to all visitors. Car camping is offered in two campgrounds. Campsites are available for all types of camping equipment. All of the campsites at Silent Lake are in a well treed area and many are very private. For those looking for a bit more comfort Silent Lake offers yurts. And for those looking for a bit more adventure their are walk-in campsites available. The park boasts a large picturesque, sandy shoreline, with horseshoe pits, a volleyball court and picnic areas. Lake St. Peter caters to anglers and boaters, who can launch from the ramp at the tip of the peninsula. The Lookout Trail crosses rugged terrain and leads to a spectacular lookout over the lake. Hikers can also enjoy the longer Cabin Trail, which branches off the Lookout Trail, to explore the history and inhabitants of an abandoned log cabin on the route.
