Welcome to Sawyers Rapids RV Resort
Sawyers Rapids has been a famous Oregon fishing spot on the Umpqua River since the early 1900s.  In fact, this area holds the State record for the 83 lb. Chinook Salmon caught in 1910.  Shad enter the river and bite from May through late June and jam up at Sawyers Rapids in incredible numbers.  You will also find Salmon, Small Mouth Bass, Steelhead, and Trout.  This is a fisherman’s paradise! Sawyers Rapids RV Resort is a family-owned and operated site just outside of Elkton, Oregon.  We pride ourselves on providing clean facilities and friendly service.  Come be our guests and enjoy all that the river has to offer.  Fishing, boating, nature-watching, and good-old outdoor fun await you at Sawyers Rapids.

Camping – 20 terraced full hook-up RV spaces with up to 50 amps, plus tent camping along the beautiful Umpqua River.
River-view spaces that are mostly shaded.
Cozy and quaint cabins with scenic views of the river
#11 Sleeps 2 $40 per night
#12 Sleeps 5 $50 per night and includes a 1/2 bath
#13 Sleeps 4 $40 per night
Picnic tables & fire rings at all campground sites
