Welcome to RV Resort Village at the Preserve
RV Resort Village is located on 55 acres in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes region. The property is minutes away from lakes, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and the Paul Bunyan Bike Trail.

The resort has paved asphalt streets and driveways along with concrete pads on each site. The professionally landscaped grounds include lush green grass, Norway pines & white spruce trees on every lot. The motorhome sites overlook a large man-made pond with fountains. All sites are oversized to accommodate the biggest RV's with slideouts and awnings – most sites are a minimum of 50' wide by 100' long.

It’s difficult for us to tell you what your site will look like, because it is really up to you. Each property site is customizable to fit your special interests and needs. Whether you wish to install an outdoor kitchen, storage shed, or prefer to relax quietly in your hot tub in the late evening - you design your living space to match your lifestyle.  Site design consulting and contractor referral is available to make your vision a reality.
