 We are located on Hwy. 58 (also known as Rosedale Hwy.) between the 99 and the 5 Freeways, perfect if you are traveling and need a convenient place to stay the night. For those looking to stay awhile we offer a quiet comfortable place to call home. Our maintenance staff prides themselves on keeping our park clean and beautiful.   We offer several amenities that’ll make your stay with us more enjoyable. You'll have access to our laundry facilities and nice restrooms. For larger gatherings or special occasions, we offer a barbeque area in the rear of our community along with a grassy area near our playground. For days that you’d like a relaxing place to sit with WiFi – you can visit us in our day room and watch television on the big screen.  Bakersfield has many places to visit and explore so don’t forget about them when you’re staying with us. You can check out the Buck Owen’s Crystal Palace or perhaps you'd like to see the Fox Theatre. If you enjoy sports then maybe you’d like to pay a visit to the Sam Lynn Ball Park.
