Located north of Whitney, Rose Harbor has easy access to Cedar Creek State Park with free picnicking, boat ramp, and swimming facilities. Lake Whitney also happens to be one of the few lakes in Texas with Striped Bass fishing! We offer a clean park with Men/Women's restrooms and showers. Laundry facilities on site.
