Welcome to Rim Crest RV Resort
We are people-oriented 104 space Park Model and RV resort located in the White Mountains of Arizona. It is a Senior Community for residents 55+ years of age. Our spacious sites are nestled among tall pine and oak trees. Each space is equipped with full hook-ups and Cable TV.
It’s proximity to Show Low and Pinetop provides convenient access to shopping, dining, hospitals and outdoor activities. The park is open from April 15th to October 15th.

Residents of Rim Crest own their homes but rent their lot. Sub-letting of homes is not allowed. The lot rent is variable depending of the size and location of the lot but runs approximately $2500 per year. Water, sewer, trash and basic cable are included in the rent. Electricity is billed monthly. Free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse. The park is open April 15 to October 15.
RV Spaces are available for $400 per month with a 3-month minimum preferred. The 1st month's rent is paid upon reservation and each remaining months rent is due on the 1st of the month. Partial months may be prorated. A 30-day notice of departure is required. All sites have 50 Amp service.
