Welcome to Paine's Campground
Starting in 1958, the Paine family has offered a quiet relaxing place for people to come and connect with nature. Here in Wellfleet, the Cape narrows down to a finger of land with the bay to the west and the Atlantic to the east. Beautiful beaches are just minutes from your wooded campsite. We are located on a country road next to the Cape Cod National Seashore Forest. From Paine's you can walk or bike on excellent trails through the National Seashore to the ocean.  Crystal clear kettle ponds are nearby for fresh water swimming. We care about you. Come camp with us. It could be one of the nicest things you'll ever do for yourself.

Within Facility
Campers with children are placed in our family section. One Family per site. Hook-up sites are grouped together and are suitable for tents, vans, pop-ups, and pick-up campers with water and 15 amp electric service. For those campers choosing a water and electric site, we recommend you bring a 30' electric cord and water hose.
Quiet Couples
Only Section
Our quiet couple areas are designed for people who want to get away from it all. Only one couple per site and no children allowed. These sites are located in quiet areas throughout the camp. Water and electric not available.
Trailer Sites
Although we remain a tenters' paradise, we have converted several sites in the front of the campground to accommodate larger trailers. These large, flat, and deep shaded sites have water and 30 amp electric hookups. For those campers choosing a water and electric site, we recommend you bring a 30' electric cord and water hose. Pump out service available.
