We are the most affordable full-service trailer park for Winter Texans. Pay less to enjoy South Texas warm winters. This RV campground is less than an hour from Brownsville, Texas and South Padre Island TX. Oleander Acres is minutes from golf courses, Mission, McAllen and Pharr hospitals, shopping centers, huge flea markets and the World Birding Centers of the South Texas Rio Grande Valley. The nearby World Birding Centers host 500+ species of birds.
Pet-friendly! Our leash-free dog run is 35 x 75 feet. Socialize your dog off-leash. There is a small dog area and a big dog area, so size doesn't matter. We are the most affordable RV Parks in the Texas Magic Valley that has a fenced dog run

We are always open to new residents contributing to our activity schedule. If you have something you want to share with your neighbors, talk to us. Here are a couple of videos, since if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video must be worth a gazilion.

Oleander Acres is only 67 miles from Brownsville TX and South Padre Island. Brownsville has a different micro-climate than Mission, TX. Brownsville is more humid than Mission, since it rains more in Brownsville. Mission is perfectly situated for a day-trip to S. Padre Island for fishing or swimming, but we think it has a more inviting winter climate. We get a cool Gulf Coast breeze every evening that makes it perfect to walk around the park and meet your friends.
Oleander Acres RV Park is pet-friendly, people friendly and large enough for you to choose a site with tropical vegetation and friendly neighbors or to be all by yourself.
Our winter is like your spring. Daytime temperatures in the 70's and 80's are the norm, though the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas has a few cold snaps, for 2-3 days to make you feel at home.
South Padre Island is an hour away with shelling, deep sea fishing and surf fishing. Enjoy tropical sunsets from the balconies of many South Padre restaurants.
