Nifty RV & Mobile Home Park is located in Alturas, California in the Northeastern tip of Modoc County at the intersection of Highways 299 and 395...an easy 3 hour drive from Reno and Redding. We are a combination mobile home park and RV Park with 6 pull-thru and 9 back-in RV spaces. All RV spaces have full hook-ups, picnic tables, FREE Cable TV, showers, pets welcomed, and laundry facility. The park is the perfect place to stay for all your hunting, fishing, golfing, recreational activities, family gatherings or on your way to Oregon.
