Welcome to Mountain View Campground
Mountain View Campground is a co-op campground, which means that it is owned and operated by all the people who have bought into and own sites on the campground. Mountain View has up to 9 members on its Board of Directors.  These members are elected to their positions during an annual meeting in which all site owners are invited (rules and regulations apply). The Directors are elected for a three (3) year term, with three (3) new members elected each year. The campground has an Operating Manager who is directed and supervised by the elected Board of Directors. When you buy a site at Mountain View, you are becoming a co-owner in the entire campground, and have a say in how the campground is run and maintained. This gives each owner an opportunity to make suggestions on how to improve Mountain View Campground for everyone. There are a variety of activities that are scheduled throughout the season. This season there are approximately 16 events on our schedule, with the possibility that more events will be scheduled. Mountain View Campground was purchased by the campground owner’s association in 1997. All site owners are part of this association. Be a part of the future and help us make this the best campground in the Berkshires.
