Within Facility
Our campsites are tree shaded, spacious, and flat. All but 3 sites offer full hook-ups consisting of 30/50 amp (and some 20 amp) electrical service, water and sewer, some phone lines, some picnic tables, and some grill/firepits. Each site is spacious and generously separated from its neighbor. Sites have a graveled base for the RV. Not only are we well suited for individual campers, but Lassen RV Resort is also an ideal place for family and group activities. Our large propane-fired outdoor barbecue and picnic area make planning group functions easier. We offer free limited WiFi at the office and pool. Currently, cell service with AT&T is reasonable and spotty service with Verizon. Some Sprint customers have service and others have reported no signal.

Nearby Activities

McArthur-Burney Falls – Centered around the incredible 129-foot Burney Falls, this state park is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Teddy Roosevelt once called the falls “the eighth wonder of the world.” Tour this amazing site by hiking the 1.3 mile loop around the falls, then exploring the other 910 acres of forest and stream-land. These gorgeous falls move more than 100 million gallons of water every day from springs and Burney Creek. The park also includes a section of Lake Britton, and boat rentals are available for those who want to fish or enjoy a day of boating or kayaking on the lake.

Fall River Valley Golf and Country Club – Frequently rated as one of the best golf courses in the nation, Fall River Valley Golf Club offers pine and juniper forests, gleaming lakes, and a slight rolling terrain. When you play a round at Fall River Valley, you’ll enjoy a championship course design, groomed fairways, and a variety of tee areas. Yardages range from 5600 to 7400, making this course ideal for all playing levels. Golf Digest hailed the course for its excellent “pace of play” and awarded the course a ranking of 4.5 stars. You’ll also find a clubhouse, store, and Country Club grill in case you need golfing supplies or an afternoon snack.

Lassen Volcanic National Park – The land surrounding the dramatic slops of Mt. Lassen may look peaceful, but the boiling mud pots and steaming fumaroles of this area tell a different story. This is a land of dynamic change, showing shades of the mountain’s even more intense past. Since its eruption in 1915, Mt. Lassen has become an incredible place to explore, whether you come for the hiking, the skiing, the wildlife, or to view the hydrothermal features located in the park. More than 150 miles of hiking trails lead you through this unique and changing landscape. You’ll find abundant wildlife, scenic views, and breathtaking wildflowers.

Lava Beds National Monument – Visit the dramatic Medicine Lake shield volcano, located just forty-five miles from Lassen RV Resort, and tour a land of cinder cones, lava flows, spatter cones, lava tube caves, and pit craters. More than 500 lava tubes lie underground here, just waiting to be explored! The park hosts guided tours of the caves, plus ranger talks, special events, and historical sites relating to the Modoc War. Aside from cave exploration, the park is also a great place to enjoy a hike, watch for wildflowers, or practice photography on this stunning landscape. Also, be sure to watch for wildlife and unique plants and wildflowers as your tour through the park.
