Policies
Family Camping
We cater to families and organized groups only. Minors without adult supervision are not allowed. We retain the right to evict, without prior notice or refunds, anyone who is creating a disturbance of any kind.
Pets
Pets are permitted on campsites but not in cabins or Eagles Roost units. Pets must be on a leash and under control. Owners must assume sanitary responsibility. Pets should not be left unattended for extended periods of time such that they create a hazard or nuisance.
Alcohol
No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park. Please keep beverages at your site and do not carry them throughout the campground or park.
Campground Store
Our store is conveniently located at the entrance to our campgrounds and offers items such as milk, bread, canned goods, chips and snacks, cooking aids, bottled soda, Slush Puppies, personal grooming and health supplies, batteries, hardware items, Coleman fuel and other camping provisions. An ATM machine is also located at our campground store.
Campground Worship Service
A Protestant, non-denominational worship service is held every Sunday morning from Memorial Day through Labor Day in the Knoebels Campground under the direction of the Shamokin Area Christian Laymen’s Association. We also have a directory of local churches and worship times posted. Elysburg, three miles west of the park, offers Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Presbyterian, Methodist, and Christian and Missionary Alliance churches.
