Clubhouse Gathering Room that includes a fireplace, big screen TV, comfortable furniture, desk with computer and printer, Wi-Fi internet, kitchen with huge fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, convection oven/microwave oven Fitness room including big screen TV, treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, weights, complete with filtered water fountain.
