Howell's Campground is located in the heart of the Green Mountains, in Arlington, Vermont.  We are nestled along the Battenkill River, and only minutes from the many shops and attractions at Arlington, Manchester, and Bennington.  This an excellent spot for river tubing, boating, or just a relaxing day of fishing.  If hiking or biking is your desire, there are trails close by.  Just a short drive from our campground there is a nine hole municipal golf course, numerous quaint shops, and a variety of local scenic spots. Come and enjoy one of our 45 campsites here in the scenic Vermont Mountains and we're sure you'll come back time and again. Our facility boasts full and partial hookups with 20 and 30 amps electric supply, clean restrooms, and hot showers.  For the kids, we have a Game & Pool Room for their enjoyment.  On those beautiful summer days, enjoy the great outdoors in one of our picnic areas.  We also have fire places at every site so you can enjoy grilling hot dogs and roasting marshmallows. If you would like to go river tubing on the Battenkill River, you can do it right from our canoe launch site located at the backside of our campground.  Or take a leisurely paddle boat ride on our scenic campground lake. Come enjoy Vermont camping, and all it has to offer.
