Welcome to Harmony Ridge Campground
Experience the harmony of nature on our 160 acre campground located in the heart of New Jersey’s Kittatinny Mountains. Easily accessible from all directions in the tri-state area, Harmony Ridge is open year round for your enjoyment. Come sit a spell and join our family in front of the lounge fireplace and meet new friends to share camping adventures. The friends and memories you make here will last a lifetime.  Ed and Dorin Ann Risdon purchased 160 acres in 1963. Harmony Ridge opened on July 4th 1966 with 10 campsites with the men still working on the bathrooms. Kerosene lanterns were put in the bathrooms and would last until sun up.  Campers came and enjoyed swimming, fishing, and hiking. Family and friends all gathered around the campfires for song and story telling.  Today we have over 200 sites and many activities to choose from; a large pavilion, playground, shuffleboard, bocci ball, volleyball, horseshoe, swimming pool, basketball court, and paddle boats. Our newest additions are the hockey rink, baseball field and gaga ball court.  Some weekends, we host events for the community. Campers are invited to watch baseball games of local teams and our tractor pulls.
