Welcome to Harbour Pointe RV Park
A unique Urban RV park, based in Everett, Washington. It was created October 2007 and is part of a partnership that is widely diversified with holdings in commercial developments, construction and residential housing in Arizona, Oregon and Washington and is known for its safe, large, well lite sites, Harbour Pointe RV Park will help you in every way from assisting you in parking your RV in a site, to helping you hook-up or direct you to near-by vendors if you have any issues with your RV! Harbour Pointe RV Park a welcome summer place for those retire folks that want to avoid the heat of the South Western States and enjoy our year round mild climate.

HARBOUR POINTE RV PARK IS A SEASONAL RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK THAT HAS 64 RV PARKING SITES AVAILABLE FOR DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY STAY. THE TYPES OF RV'S ACCEPTED IN THE PARK ARE CLASS "A", "B", "C" MOTOR-HOMES & BUS, 5TH WHEELS, TRAVEL TRAILERS.
No Pop-up campers unless they are fully self-contained as we have no public showers or bathroom.
All RV's if on extended stay (30 day reservations) must be fully self-contained. Which means must have a toilet, shower, water heater, furnace, refrigerator and/or air conditioning or heat pump.
No RV's manufactures over 20 calendar years can stay, PERIOD!
Per State of Washington because of our park license we can not accept Park Model trailers or manufactured homes.
Each site has 115 Cable channels + 7 Music channels ** Cable is not available for our nightly stay guests and can be made available for weekly stay guests on a demand basis and a $45 deposit.
Most sites have 10 amp GFI, 30amp and 50amp receptacles.
