All of our 144 sites have new, level, fully concrete pads. Seventy two pads are 75′ in length, and 98 sites are pull-through. Laundry machines, free coffee and ice, and a business center are available in the clubhouse. WiFi plays an increasingly important part in everything we do. Fast and free service is available everywhere in the resort. Texas can get hot in the summer! A cool, inviting pool will be installed by late 2016. Have a favorite show? Want to catch the game? We offer over 100 channels of free cable TV at every site. We love dogs, and a happy dog is a good dog. We have a fenced dog run to help our furry friends get the wiggles out. Every site has water, sewer, and both 30 and 50 Amp hookups; enough power for even the biggest rigs. Have kids or grandchildren? We do. A fun and safe playground will be installed later this year. We will handle your propane refills, and provide free, regular garbage pickup. We are independently owned and operated. Our genuine care for the resort is shared by the entire staff.
