We're located between Harlingen and Brownsville with only a 35 minute drive to South Padre Island. Highway 77/83 is easily accessible to both the North and South on-ramps. Therefore, travel to any point in the Rio Grande Valley is as easy as can be. Our security gated affordable park is one of the best destination choices you can make. We all love our pets and that is why we take them with us. First Colony allows you to walk your pet any place in the park while connected to a leash.
