Fiesta Village is a 55 and over community, with bylaws and covenants, in the beautiful Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. The Park is located just two blocks from Expressway 83, in Mission, Texas, an hour from Padre Island on the Gulf of Mexico, minutes from shopping and dining in nearby Mexico, only 15 minutes to the McAllen International Airport, and minutes away from numerous nearby hospitals and doctors. Shopping centers and restaurants of all kinds abound within a few miles of Fiesta Village in Mission and adjoining cities, McAllen and Edinburg.

The Park's many amenities include a large air-conditioned ballroom/recreation hall with capacity for 500 people; billiards room with four tables; modern fully-equipped kitchen; large modern laundromat; library; game room; large heated pool and hot tub; 18 shuffleboard courts, of which 12 are lighted; and many others. Street maintenance, water, sewer and trash pickup are all provided by the City of Mission.
