Welcome to Crabtree Falls Campground
Dave and Sue Mathes were looking for a place to take their family camping in the early 1990's when they stumbled upon Crabtree Falls Campground. The landscape's natural beauty coupled with the inviting, calm environment made it easy to fall in love with. The campground quickly became the family's favorite place to vacation. In 1997, when they called to make reservations for their wedding anniversary, Dave and Sue were surprised to learn that the campground was for sale. As it was their dream to someday own their favorite vacation destination, they jumped on the opportunity to put in their offer. The offer was accepted and the doors at Crabtree Falls Campground were opened in late May of 1997 under the ownership and management of Dave and Sue. This May they will celebrate 17 years of building relationships with some of the greatest folks who ever camped.
