We are located in the heart of Chino Valley, Arizona, just North of the City of Prescott off Highway 89. The Highway 89 is located 1/4 mile East of the park, allowing easy access to Prescott and other neighboring cities. The park is very well maintained, presenting a clean and pleasant environment. Pets are welcome. The Prescott & Chino Valley area has enjoyed years of unprecedented growth, where affordable housing is in high demand. Residents of our community enjoy shopping, churches, and numerous local activities, all within minutes of their home. Our surrounding area offers nearby retailers and local services, many within very short distance, such as Safeway, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness, the Post Office, etc. Medical services and paramedics are only five minutes away. Chino Valley also has a phenomenal Aquatic Center just two blocks from our park.
