Breezeway Trailer & RV Park is a favorite of fisherman, drawn to Sebastian Inlet's waters for snook, bluefish, flounder, snapper & tarpon, just to name a few. Enjoy fishing these abundant waters from our 200ft Fishing Pier or stroll our 400ft of Waterfront & take in the fantastic views nature has to offer. Launch your canoe or kayak from our shoreline or your boat from one of the many nearby boat ramps or marinas.  Located in the town of Micco, Breezeway Trailer & RV Park is 1 mile north of downtown Sebastian and just north of the St. Sebastian River in southern Brevard County. Our locality is an ideal place for fishing & boating, as well as dining & shopping with our close proximity to restaurants, bars & retail shops, including Wal-Mart.
Our RV sites are spacious & can accommodate RV's up to 45 feet with 30/50 Amp Service & Full hook up, including Water & Sewer. We have Paved RV sites, some with Water Views, Pull-Thru Access & Shade. All of our sites are Level, High/Dry & Grassy with picnic tables. We are a Wi-Fi Hotspot & monthly Cable rates are available from our local provider. Why take it home? We offer fenced RV, Trailer & Boat Storage. Our Laundry Facility is enclosed with hot water & dryers. We welcome well-behaved Leashed Pets (Breed Restrictions do Apply) and provide a pet walk area.
