Small funky little RV park with about the nicest, funniest park owner I have ever come across. Owner is an old broken down rodeo cowboy who alone makes your stay at Blue Spruce memorable. Single unit shower/toilet set-up was very nice and cleaner than any I have ever seen of this vintage. Ideal for an over nighter. I originally rated it 7 because of the age but bumped it up to 8 because of the friendly super nice cowpoke owner. We camped here in a Motorhome.
