We warmly welcome you to Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort. It is an exceptional place to live and a dynamic place to visit.  We are honored to announce our Good Sam Rating of 10/10*/10, for overall excellence in park aesthetics, well maintained grounds, cleanliness in buildings, pool area and restrooms, staff availability and friendliness.  Only a mile from either exit 242 or 244 off I-17, 25 miles north of Phoenix, Black Canyon City is a quaint Arizona mining town. "The Ranch" is far enough from 1-17 to be traffic noise free but close enough for a quick trip to Phoenix or Flagstaff.

In addition to the 11 acre RV resort, facilities include:
A large, inviting clubhouse perfect for activities, to use as a meeting place or for group holiday meals
Gas grills and lounge furniture in the enclosed pool and spa area for your enjoyment
A picnic area complete with a fire pit and picnic tables
Another cozy fire pit area under the tall palm trees with tables and chairs
An onsite commercial facility housing Norma Jean’s Coffee Shop, office space (Suite 2), The Cactus Flower Salon (Suite 3) and a laundromat (Suite 4)
