We are a 55+ park and although children can visit for brief periods, the activities are totally geared to an adult life-style. The clubhouse and recreation hall are the focal point for numerous activities, parties, and entertainment throughout the busy winter season?December through March. While all lots are privately owned, a number of owners rent their lots on an annual or a minimum three month basis.
