Bayberry Cove condominium association is a seasonal resort community ( April 1st – Nov. 1st.) located 6 miles outside of Ocean City NJ, and minutes away from all shore resort towns, including Atlantic City (22 miles), Sea Isle City (10 miles) Stone Harbor ( 20 miles) Wildwood ( 23 miles) and Cape May (27 miles).  Our gated community offers a safe family resort with uniformed security guards patrolling the park (in season). Amenities include swimming pool, lake, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball, game room, community garden, 2 bath houses and 2 dog parks. A boat yard is available for a fee. The Social Committee has many scheduled activities including a community yard sale, Bingo, pancake breakfasts, and a Bayberry Day/ Block party. Hot dogs and other snack foods are available on the weekends at the pool. Children’s activities in season. Park is staffed year round. Park hours in the off season are limited.
