Welcome to the Bay Bayou RV Resort
Our resort has been located in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. We take pride in being recognized and awarded by Woodall's and Trailer Life for having a beautifully landscaped resort including pool and patio areas.

The spacious clubhouse is newly decorated and available for your enjoyment. Bay Bayou is known nationwide for having the "cleanest showers" of any Resort in the area.

-274 full size lots each with a patio and picnic table all have sewer, water, 30/50 amp electric service, telephone, 40 channel cable with HBO and Hi-Def
-Wi-Fi access throughout the resort and in the Clubhouse
-Docks for fishing & viewing, located on beautiful -Double Branch Creek
-Kayaking (miles of waterway), Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Bocce Ball court & Fire Pit
-Large and Small Dog Parks with hot-water baths
-Spacious clubhouse: lending library, big screen TV, pool table and exercise equipment
-Large, heated pool with ample seating & Tiki Hut
-Year-round activities including line dancing, bingo & dinner dances with live music
-Public facilities cleaned daily
